Getting the front end overlays done. Top plate is for a tube landing, while the inner plate ties the frame together from the engine mounts to the swaybar mount and over the front suspension crossmember. One more set and then I’ll fit the front frame horn and crossmember. David

Links mounts are roughed in, and the torque arm is mocked up. I have to trim the rear rails so the links can cycle, and make a crossmember for the torque arm slider. David

Out of position welds take a lot of time, especially when I have to fold myself into the car. Cleaned up, and ready for torque arm setup. David

I’ve been going for the “OE-plus” look on these frame horns. These are inspired by a 1st and 2nd gen GM F-body frames, and actually come out to the the same width as the original Mopar unibody frame stubs (36”). That lets me make use of a “Mopar” part I’ve been hanging onto for a few years now...

A buddy has run the 255 daily for more than a few years and really likes it. Good pieces of gear. Frame horns underway. I drew this in bend tech and had it lasered and bent at sendcutsend. The pieces came out perfectly, and it takes about an hour to tack assembly each side. Super efficient...
