    exhaust flange

You can get just flanges from Accurate. 2-1/4" would be the original size. I have a couple old ones I can cut off if it helps. Flanges including LP ,HP, Floating and Spacer Kits

Temp and Oil pressure gauges not working

I agree with replacing the voltage limiter. My limiter stuck closed a couple years ago and opened up my temperature gauge. I replaced the limiter with the RTE upgrade and repaired the temp gauge but it reads low now. So I'll need to replace that at some point.

440 temp sensor location... is this right?

The negative battery cable is definitely incorrect. It will work but it's unorthodox.

    Its running a little rough...

Sounds like a worn fuel pump pushrod. You shouldn't hear it at all. If so it's a bad thing and needs to be corrected. And if it were myself I'd put the old plugs in it and throw the Autolites in the trash.

    Fixed My Exhaust Drone

That's pretty cool. I found adding tips helped quite a bit. I have 2-1/4" with a similar setup h-pipe and magna- flows it was really really annoying going up a grade around 35-40 mph.

Reviving my first car - 66 Plymouth Belvedere 2

Welcome from NY. I'd start with the brakes first. The original single pot master cylinder can be replaced with a dual 1967 up style pretty easily. You'll need a conversion block for the extra brake line. I would definitely replace the rubber lines and suggest getting a kit for the hard lines...
