Where and how are you measuring it. Width wise you can come up with several different measurements depending on how it's measured.

I believe the 63 Chrysler steering wheel was round and the 64 was the more rectangular style shown. I haven't seen any rectangular wheels on a B body.

None of the aftermarket suppliers make a sending unit that will match OEM. They use linear resistors that are in no way even close to factory specifications. The best you can hope for on an aftermarket sending unit is correct at full and correct at empty.

67 column will not work in a 66, because the dash is not cut for the bigger diameter column. Question has the dash been changed?

Life time warranty to. I have had over 40 bumpers done there and only one problem, that was corrected for free.

Tri City Plating in Tennessee is the best that I know of. Government regulations have all chrome shops under the gun in the US. I hope that China bumper fits, yes it's cheaper, but there is nothing like an original bumper, triple chrome show plated. You get what you pay for.

I think the 440's are the same. I'm not sure on a 69 383, but in 70 I think all big block engines got the 10 1/2" flywheel.
