I believe the brake lights and turn signals share the same filament so it would seem the grounds and connections to the rear are ok. Do you have 12v coming out of the brake switch (white wire???) when the brake pedal is pressed?
Is it 130 or 143 tooth? Looks like a mcleod 464102 flywheel. They can work on various internal/external engines by adding different weights or leaving it off altogether. 464102 is a 130 tooth flywheel. Not sure if they have the same flywheel in 143 tooth that accepts weights but maybe...
Definitely 66/67 seats but not sure on the covers. The rear looks very similar to 67 coronet but not quite. Maybe custom done by a upholsterer. Maybe not correct but they look nice imho.
It's too bad they didn't make those parts stainless. I would look through the for sale section or place a wanted to buy ad on the site. I've bought a set here before. A lot cheaper to find a decent set compared to rechroming unless you're doing a concourse restoration.
Those are chrome plate. A lot of times you can make them look decent removing the rust with #0000 steel wool. Yours look pretty rusty though so that might not work if there's no chrome left under the rust.
Agreed. They seem to have a hard time getting the pad close to where it should be. Very frustrating. I've had to send them back cause they're so far out of place. Especially if you get carpet with mass backing. Doesn't leave much adjustment room. Even worse if it's a 4 speed carpet because the 4...
This video might be helpful. I'm pretty sure there are other threads here on the site for carpet installation if you use search.
One tip i see over and over is don't cut the sides that tuck under the sill panels until you have the seats in. Bolting the seat in can compress the carpet down and...
My vote are bayonet style single script handles like these. I believe one year only (1968) with that particular single script font.

When i was a kid in the 80s i used ride wheelies, jump every curb, and ride hands free on my bmx bike. Thought i was the ****. One day i was headed to town (hands fee) and i hit a patch of washboard on the gravel road. Wheel turned instantly and i went right over the handlebars face first. There...
Haven't even had winter yet. Unbelievably mild so far like i've never seen in my area of the Northwest USA. Of course, there's 4 months of winter left where it could turn out to be the worst winter ever!
You could try spraying water into the cowl vent from outside of the car but keep it off the windshield and wiper pivots. If it leaks you probably have rust holes in the cowl if it doesn't leak through the inside of the floor vents. Or do the same to the windshield and pivots but keep water out...
I don't know of any new ones but here are a couple used. You can also post a wanted ad in the WTB section. I bet someone here has them.

This is a good video butt welding a partial floor patch. Use gas if at all possible. It's not easy to buttweld with flux core. You'll be blowing though the edges all the time and you'll end up with porous booger welds that will be great places for rust to start forming again.
I know this is an old thread but that lower rod between the torque shaft and transmission looks wrong for a console auto.
