I was changing the oil in my 383 rr and dumping the old oil. Noticed some green speckles in oil not much but definitely green. Could this be just the old oil breaking down or is there antifreeze in the oil. If so suggestions?

Does anyone know what piece would need to be replaced on a steering wheel where the center piece hangs into teh wheel itself? Right now I have the horn ran to a different button but want to get it back to the steering wheel. Is this a quick fix or do I need to by a whole new assembly?
