Move back the diff on the leaf spring. That's the way we did it.

    Rich idle is killing me

Nothing wrong with a 900 rpm idle. Do you have a wideband o2 sensor? I'm not sure drilling throttle blades is the right thing to do in this case.

So you can get it to lean out now?

Lets see all the cool 66-67 b-body mopar pictures.!!

They're just HD springs with an extra inch lift. Also I used the US car Tool kit for the spring relocation and am using the middle mounting hole for the front spring mount.

If they're 0.034 then make a huge change that way you will know you're on the right track. Try 0.025 and see what happens.

    Rich idle is killing me

Try 0.035 to 0.40 for the idle restrictors or smaller if needed. Also do you have restrictors installed for the t-slots? It may or may not need them.

    Rich idle is killing me

Check your vacuum when driving in high gear on a flat stretch. Then choose your PV. And yes, install smaller idle restrictors! Your IAB is good. Also don't worry too much about squaring the transfer slot on the secondaries.

About 3/4 of an inch. The diff has been moved back on the leafs to make sure there's adequate clearance.

Thanks, I appreciate the kind words. Rear tires are 315/60r15 on 10 inch wheels and front are 215/70r15 on 4.5 inch wheels.

That's the thing, nothing changed. The engine was refreshed a few years ago . I may drive 150 miles per year on it.

    Blue smoke

Small update. I pulled the intake off again and this time it was very well sealed. No signs of oil leaking into the intake ports. Just waiting on gaskets and my buddies leakdown tester. Next is pulling the valve covers to make sure the valve seals are in their proper position.

    Quick fuel carb issue

I re-read your initial post and am wondering if you have a wideband o2? Also do you have pics of the IFR installed and what's the size of the IABs? I doubt you're pulling fuel from the main circuit unless you can physically see it happen. That circuit shouldn't be active at 1000 rpm.
