    Clean, not remove undercoating.

I’ve never tried to remove undercoating from a chassi, but I did remove it from the under hood area. A prior owner thought it was a good idea to spray a medium coat of it all over. I tried chipping it off with a stiff putty knife when it was very cold out and it came off relatively easy...

Applying new decals to the outside of my 74’ RR. Repo stickers recommend cleaning with Naptha but no stores near me have it. Any alternatives to use?

I would think this is what they meant and not the Coleman fuel. Especially since they say do it 10 times. I wouldn’t use that fuel on my car. As someone already said , good old denatured alcohol should be fine.

Who makes the best fitting convertible top ?

I installed a top manufactured by a company called Kee on my 68 gtx years ago. I believe I bought it from legendary. They are a supplier to many outlets. I did fit very well , but I can say it’s not easy to install without those wrinkles you’re talking about.

    quarter widow roller/pivot clips

Yeah. They are hard to get in place with the regulator on the car. I lost one and had to fabricate it from a piece of stainless steel. Note that they are designed to not interfere with the smooth movement of the roller
