Speaking of incoming insults… here they come I’m sure…. But! I am sold on the progression ignition distributor. A main reason is exactly what’s been talked about in this thread. Lots of variations in different engines. To have a standard. I haven’t decided if I’m going to leave it in, or use it...
I have a progression distributor in my SBC. It has been amazing for 2 years. I just ordered one for my built 440 in my Coronet. I’m tired of taking apart to change curve. If nothing else, dial it in with progression, then mimic it with a traditional style distributor.
Hi all, I am hoping to reach out to someone that understands the wiring portion of the AC/ heat switch and blower wiring. The box has been completely rebuilt the control switch including fan switch, and supposedly heater vacume switch. Heater resister is new, blower motor is rebuilt, bench...
I have similar issue. I have factory air ( not hooked up) fan won’t work with heater button on but works with A/C and max A/C. It runs without using fan switch. 10.7 volts at fan plug.

Tungsram bulbs are amazing . Made in Germany I thinks. My lens are koito’s. Bought from Dans lighting. He’s a good source of information before you buy. I’ve never had lights that aim so nicely and precise! My 2 cents!
I just completed a headlight switch out. I bought the harness from one of our members on here. ( very happy with the quality) installed it, then after much research I settled on koito’s h4 Halogen, and h1 high beams with Tungsram bulbs. I bought from Daniel Sterns. I gotta say, Wow, Wow, Wow...
I have identified this plug and the 3 prong' as the ignition {key} light. the three prong is for the 20sec. delay. they had a brown wire plugged into the key light. it was on all the time. also affected getting power to the front blinkers somehow. now I have power to the front.
