my friend manages a tirecraft in town...had it there today- there is a ton of play in the lower ball joints, and the steering shaft cupler. Gonna take care of those items, and fix the steering wheel then.

The previous owner put an aftermarket 3 spoke steering wheel on, but did not center it.. Do i need a steering wheel puller or can i just loosen and reposition?? This picture is how it sits with front wheels straight.
