    Seems strange it has the paint markings on the side of the block for production piston select fit. But is also stamped for .020" oversize bore? If it wasn't meant for a production motor, why the paint stamps? Why was it never used? Doug

    It's junk. Each gear set is lapped at the factory when built. Why would anyone replace only the pinion? Doug
