I send TWO different emails to them about which of there products to buy for doing some repair dying on some of my interior pieces and never got an answer.

I don't know if they think their distributors are supposed to have all the answers or if they are just a company with poor customer service.

Talking SEM service not so good

I had not such a good dealing with them either..I just hit the tab for local dealers and found one here in Tampa ..The local dealer customer service was even worse...I called like 3 times over 3 weeks since they kept telling me it would be in, when I picked it up the fat old lady with no teeth behind the counter asked me if I was the one that keep calling about this stuff...Like I was bothering her..When I said what if I was ...She started to bitch to me about my many phone calls..WTF...It was not a retail type shop mostly paint and auto repair pro's ..The place was called Smith's Sandpaper and when I kept calling her 80 Grit the madder she got... I was smiling going out the door as she was still yelling at me..
So I did not even try calling them for help..Rick

We're a big SEM distributor in Georgia and have had great support from SEM. I'm not sure how they respond to emails, but there tech support phone line is a great help, and is answered by a real human most of the time. Try giving them a call at 800-831-1122.
