Like so many the tabs on the defroster vents were broken and when super glue and JB Weld didn’t do the trick I tried this. Cut some tabs from a piece of 22ga sheet metal, drilled and riveted in place. Not perfect but didn’t come out too bad. A little trim black paint and they work fine.
Yes I know they make reproductions, but at $150 a pair. Would rather put the money somewhere you can see it.
