1964 Dodge Polara Lower Radiator Hose

I need to replace the lower radiator hose on my 1964 Dodge Polara. The radiator has been changed and it has a 1 3/4" outlet, but in the original location. Does anyone have a good number for a molded hose that would work that is 1 3/4" on both ends?
