727 trans. 440 big block, low compression motor. Mild cam, 750 carb, headers intake. No idea on hp range just know she's got a lot of torque!

I would say a 26.0-26.5 tire would be good for that gear

You're going to want to use 26"-26.5" with that gear

Only radial sizes I've found are either 225/50/15s which seem to narrow. Would 255/60/15s work good?

255/60s will be about the max you can fit into a 67 wheel well. With a 3.54 gear, it should make for a good mild HotRod.
