I need to make room for another car on my "Gotta Git" list that has been made available to me so putting this one up for sale.

Factory 383/auto A/C car from California. Original drive train is long gone but it will come with a good buildable 440/auto. The 440 is out of a buddies 73 Winnebago that had around 50k miles when he junked it out. The motor ran great right before we pulled it out that day so i know it is solid. The tranny is just a random mid 70s 727 that will need rebuilt i am sure. 8 3/4 rearend is still there but i have no driveshaft for the car right now.
The brakes and bearings have all been gone thru and comes with a new master cylinder that has not been installed. No radiator for this one either.

The body on this one is extremely solid and clean except for a couple places where some dipshit got excited with a saw. There is the typical rot around the rear window and i am including a cutout from another 68 Charger that should cover what needs replacing. The center trunk floor was cutout i am guessing by some dipshit wanting to build a drag car. It will need a center section and the crossbrace that goes over the gas tank. Trunk extensions look great and probably wont need any work. The lower quarters have a little rust and bondo in them and will need some patches but not full quarters. The rear valance is dinged up so it will need some work or replacing. The front valance is missing so you will need a new one. Same dipshit also cut into the tunnel to add a 4spd so gonna need to work in that area. I have a hump section cut out of another B body that can go withh the car also. On the passenger front floor there is a little rust around the body plug right under where your feet would rest so a 6 inch x 6inch area will need a patch.

Thats all the rust on the car. You can see in the pics that this is an extremely solid car that will need minimal metal work. That is the original paint so there is no sketchy body work hiding underneath. What you see is what you get..

The interior comes with bucket seats and a buddy seat. Seats are in pretty nice shape for originals. The front seat bottoms are ripping but the backrests and rear seat are in excellent shape. I have the headliner bows still in the original headliner so you can keep track of what order they go in for the new headliner. Dash needs restored if course and is missing the dash pad. Door panels are there but need replacing.

So all in all this is a rock solid and fairly complete 68 Charger. I am asking $18,500 for the package deal. I am NOT interested in any kind of trades what so ever. I just need the room and cash for the car i am buying. The car is located 45 minutes SW of Des Moines,IA. I have a good title in my name. Contact me thru here with your name, email address and phone number and i will contact you. I will be glad to answer any questions. Thanks

Trunk pics. Guessing the rear window leaked causing an issue here. Excellent shape around the wheel houses so center trunk floor and brace should take care of this area.

Rear window area and patch panel that goes with the car

Tunnel pics and patch panel. You will still need a little more metal around the bucket seat mount and the buddy seat bracket needs a little piece added back in. Fairly straight forward here.

More good parts. The car is rock solid aside from the places shown. Fenders are completely rust free. Doors are solid. Roof is solid. Frame rails are perfect etc.

Here is what it says for mileage on the car. I cannot verify but as solid as the car feels i would believe it to be accurate.
