1968 Satellite, fuel tank pressurizes during every drive; blows out J-tube

Question - do you know what brand that cap was? None of the vented units I can find have that plastic check valve on it.

I think they where stant, I bought them at napa 70 Satillite emissions and non emision.

Just came back from the parts store. Was able to make one from a 1980 Ford F100 work perfectly. Same fit, except the washer wouldn't fit. Just omitted it.
