More in a minute - just getting the pics loaded off my phone:
Not long ago, I did a a 3D-printed tachometer for my '68 Satellite (see thread):
However, I also cracked the plastic insert on the dimmer switch when trying to get the instrument cluster out of the car, and so found myself making one additional 3-D printed part for the car - said plastic insert for the dimmer.
It finally arrived today, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. Works perfectly. Also installed a new spring on the spinning part of the rheostat.
I used 2.0mm hobby screws in lieu of rivets. All works quite well. Sure beats $150 for a repop.
