Here is the only information on the bottom of the intake. Not sure how to use this to date code. Other than 12 would be December and 3 maybe 3rd? Not real sure if that is how its coded.

For those interested.. No this intake will not fit in a USPS flat rate box. It weighs 40 to 45 pounds. It is cast iron.
