We just got back from a 2000 mile round trip to pickup a one family owned 1963 Sport Fury, 3 complete engines and a literal truckload of parts. This is a deal that I have been working on putting together for almost three years.
It's a mix of Mopar and Ford stuff with majority of it including the Sport Fury having been in storage for about 20 years. It was a hurried trip and most of the small parts were put into totes to be sorted later. The Mopar engines are both fresh 500" strokers from Mazzolini Racing built in 2002. I am still going through paperwork but did find some hand written sheets from Mazzolini's. The Ford FE is an all aluminum side oiler. In addition to the polished crossram, there are 4 more MW crossrams and at least 3 sets of 3705 carbs, a complete Ford FE tri-power along with other manifolds, transmission, shifters etc.
The Sport Fury has been mini tubbed with inboard springs and subframe connectors. I unfortunately won't be able to get to it for a while so it will go back into storage until some of my other projects are completed and then it will be getting the crossram engine and polished 727 that came with it.
For some reason I have been blessed by the car gods!
