I've come to the conclusion I need to send this car out to someone if for no other reason than the time i can give it. But as long as it's here, I'll push forward. The trunk pan is out and I'm wondering what is the best way to clean out in between the rear quarters? There isn't but half an inch maybe. Enough for me to drop a scraper and feel something else down in there. I don't want to bend the metal up so it won't be straight after I'm done. Any thoughts?

The bottom photo is the rear plate. I'm also wondering if it needs to be cut out and new metal welded

I would blow air and vacuum up with a tube The best I could
and then throw a rust converter on it and

Thanks for the reply. I've used air and water but there's something down I there like a rock k or something. Plus I don't know if I can get all the dirt out.
