Dealer Installed A/C in a non-console '68 Charger - will it fit over a console?

I have an opportunity to pick up a dealer installed A/C from a non-console 1968 Charger. I wish to install it in my console equipped 1968 4-speed car. I measured about 5-in vertical between the bottom of the dash and the top of the console plate. Anyone here ever played with one of these units and could advise on fitment? The photo is of the installed unit I may buy. Thanks.
