0615 is the scheduled production date June 15 1964. The 1361 is the rest of the shipping order number. 211 is 6 cyl. plymouth savoy 2dr. sedan. L1B is blue, cloth and vinyl bench seat interior. WW1 is the paint code for white roof and body. I can't do the rest because I don't have the St. Louis assembly plant(7) information.
