Maybe we need a new category called " Mopar un-Tech". Show your crazy discoveries!
 
Looks like the balancer bolt broke. After digging out the broken piece they discovered the bolt was too short. Solution, cut the head off and weld a piece of ¾-14 to the remaining crankshaft bolt. Add a ¾ nut and a couple big washers. Finally, for good measure, weld it all to the harmonic balancer. Wala!
