I shaved my drip rails as well on this 68' satillte I did about 2 years ago, first remove the upper trim molding that had the glass rubber in it then cut off wheel the drip rail weld body work, I actually glassed the window channel trim to the body makes a much cleaner appearance most people don't even notice till you point it out

After much thought I have decided to forego the drip rail mod.

That looks great! I've been wanting to do this for months but thought the front would look odd. Do you have any more pictures of the process?

This is my 67 Charger. The PO removed the drip rails then abandoned the project.
I bought it and had my body shop finish it . I think it turned out great.
