Forum on "shop reviews"

Has there ever been conversation about a forum on "shop" reviews?
Like motor work shops,media blast shops,body shops. Where we can review the shops we have had experience with?
I would think this would be a Gold Member forum.
So if you want to find a shop or review of a shop it can generate a little $$
