Hi everyone !

My fascination w/ Mopars began over 5 decades ago when the Petty's won Daytona.

My first mopar was a '69 Dart w/ a 170 slant six w/ 3 in the tree. That car was
indestructible, believe me, - we tried!

I was fortunate that my dad bought me a used '70 Chall R/T w/ 383 auto, w/ A/C,
back in 1974. ( one thousand bucks!) Then in 1979, I rebuilt the engine ( using 383 2 bbl pistons) and turbocharged it. I still own that car today.

I always wanted a 70 RR, but never came across the "right one", when I had the
"right money"....
Then, back in 1981, was fortunate to pick up an original '71 hemi Challenger 4spd-
and drove it home (over 1000 miles). It is currently waiting for restoration.

I finally got hold of a B7 blue '70RR, that is currently being resto-modded.

I think the best part about the hobby is meeting the great people at the Mopar
events.
I'm looking forward to meeting and learning from more great people on this site!
