It would help narrow down the search if you knew any history, like where it came from when you bought it, description, options, etc. otherwise, that's a pretty broad request.

Also, a lot of people have pictures of fender tags but since the VIN isn't on a 68 tag, we can't help you. We'd need the SO number from the tag or body before we can see what we have.
