Moving the mountain(s)to mohammed

A twin Beech blade..aluminum alloy. Grind to bottom of corrosion in 40 grit. All the dark areas are low spots. Can't fill since it will be natural polish finish, so the highs have to be cut down with longboard & 40, to lows to de-ripple for accurate, undistorted reflection.....moving the mountains.

The "pockets" are a muther. Last two days pushing this board....gotta be 6-7 hours real.

Hard to be specific....generally anywhere from 80 - 250 hours.
This on will start picking up in pace now that im almost to the bottom of flaws in 40 grit....i can start sanding north by tomorrow i hope. I'll probably be about 80 hours by 1st polish.
The piece pictured here was 230 hours
