toldja..........lol, that's usually how it works

plotting my next course of action....... wingin' it, as usual

I'm gonna give Nick some props here, for a couple of reasons........ as a rule, when I see a car in gray primer I run for the hills; but for someone who does not do this for a living, he gave himself a pretty good head start. All these jobs are tedious and time consuming, and I had to deal with a few issues; but this car ain't killing me like others do. Also, and as usual, I find myself behind schedule; Nick is smart enough and patient enough not to break the artists balls, he will be rewarded.

Think you need some more offset on those rear wheels...LOL

Just holding it up for now. Actually working on wheel tire package as we speak. Thinking I'm going with 315/60-15 MT Radial Pro's on 12" Billet Specialties WinLites in back and 28X6.00R15LT Sportsman S/R's on 15"x6's in front. Haven't figured out Back spacing yet. Need the car for that....

getting closer..... the boy was sanding his *** off....... 320/400/600

I think the Win Lite wheels will look great. A modern wheel, with a slightly nostalgic look, fits the 66-67 body style.

Went to see the car this weekend it's about an hour and a half away so i don't get down there to check on things as much as i'd like too, but I must say it looks even better in person then in the pictures. Mark has/is doing a spectacular job on the car and I 'm really glad we got together on this project. it's been 6 long years on this project so far so i'm definitely psyched and cant wait to get her home.

Spent some time polishing the inside of the intake yesterday, Still want to do the runners and ports as well. The as cast Indy was pretty rough.

Now if could only get my car back?

Hey Mark hows that BMW coming? If its quiet and you listen real carefully you may be able to hear the faint sounds of the Mopar calling your name in the other room. Don't resist!

Got a few things going on while waiting on car.

Bought a used trailer finally. Now I can keep the car in it when the garage is occupied with other stuff.

Also got the motor somewhat back together.

BCR Girdle was a pain in the ***. Been trying to fit it since May. Had to send it back to Jerry twice as it wasn't even close to being correct the first two times. Finally he made me a new one and it fit.
