Trying to paint the underneath of car on lift . Using hvlp gravity feed spray gun with 3m cups and liners . Not working to well , any ideas would be helpful. Thanks

Are you bleeding the air out of the cup/liner before you try to spray? Once the air is bled out you can turn the gun at any angle & it should spray....

To bleed the air turn the gun so the cup/liner is down, no air hooked up yet... Pull the trigger on the gun & push on the liner through the hole in the bottom of the cup till you watch the fluid enter the PPS adapter & the fluid just pushes out of the tip of the gun...

Must done it wrong , show on internet to turn gun upside down and with air hook up spray until bag collapses . Will try it your way . Thanks

For spraying out of position you'll need a pressure pot to feed the gun. I know what
you're going through! you'll have a lot more room because you won't have the cup
in the way, just the hoses. Good luck!

Here's a cheap one from Harbor Freight!
