Question about a remote side mirror

I have a '70 Coronet that I want to add a remote side mirror to. Can someone tell me where the adjuster goes on the inside of the door? Like a dimension from the front edge of the door? Maybe a photo if possible?

You can get a pic of the web & sorry this isn't a "measurement", but the hole is right about dead center of the top metal portion of the door & directly above that tiny hole that the rubber plug goes in. If you get stuck I can pull out a tape measure.
