Rocker Arm Identification. Please help

Im trying to figure out what the 383 is made of.. Actually having some issues tuning it if i must be honest. Anyhow I have a picture of the rockers and would like to know is these are stock or something of higher performance.

They look stock to me. You can get the heavy duty Mopar Performance rockers and they look stock but are made from a thicker material.
