I have been looking at replacement front seat belts for my 65 Bel 2, only to be overwhelmed with tons of choices, and prices all Over the map! Lots of vendors ....... This is not a concours restoration. Just want some front belts at a reasonable price.Who has been down this road? Thanks for any and all suggestions. Thunder

Went down this road late last year. There are a few choices but some are big bucks. I just wanted original style lap belts, no shoulder belts. There is an outfit in CA that had what I wanted, but they did not want my money, or made it more difficult than necessary to give them my money. I ended up getting a set from Summit. Had the right colour and right appearance for me.

The belts 65 Hemi linked above are what I put in the 69 Dart. They work well and look like they belong there...Are they correct??? No...but neither is anything else on the car...I thought the money was right too...

Good Stuff Greatly appreciated ! Thunder

As no one makes replacements for my A100, I had to make my own from what I had. Got some belt type material from a fabric show and sewed up a pair for replacements. Good Luck

Check with Bill Edwards at www.allmoparseatbelts.com. He is very reasonable and makes a quality product. I do not know if he has coverage for the early B-Bodies, but it would be worth your efforts to check with him. I believe that there is a member here on the site, dart4forte, that is working with him on the seat belts, so you could drop him a message as well.

There is a place down in Texas that reconditions belts of any condition and I think sells them as well. Www.snakeoyil.com not sure of the spelling but it's roughly snake oil - will come up on a google search. Year One also has them but you should wait for one of,their 30% off sales because pricey otherwise.

They look great! The price $38.00 a great deal. Did you get the wind lacing and rubber goods from Joe Suchy? And the Little guy, a real handsome tike!......eyeing that beautiful car up for the future!

Wind lace, rubber goods, body plugs came from Fran Bishop at JustMopar.com. Fran is also usually at Mopars in the Park in Farmington.
I expect that one day the little guy will ask gramps for the keys to the white car, but right now he is a little nervous when the hemi fires up.
