Spare tire codes help needed

Bought this wheel off a fellow member who said this came off his 70 Charger.

Anyone have any info as to what all these codes mean or where I can find out about them.

The part number for that wheel is stamped right behind the valve stem, 3580345.
The only reference in a google search I found was this,

Good explanation here. Scroll to the bottom. Tire looks like the 29th week of 1974.

Could not find the wheel P/N as I don't have a parts book that late and it's not in my copy of Galen's white book, but it is a later wheel than the car. Might be a 74 wheel. The first year I can find for a 358XXXX p/n wheel is 72.
