Steering wheel swap

So I want to do a change in steering wheels and I've only found a 3 bolt conversion kit for the 65 coronet. The wheel I am getting is a 5 bolt, I know that I can get an adapter from 3 to 5 bolt, but I also want to add a quick release hub for safety whenever the car is out in public. Does anybody know if I can still add a quick release hub on top of the adapter?
