Before the NFL was talked about all week. The games last weekend or last night and the upcoming big games. Now people might make a comment about their home team but it's kind of hush-hush or embarrassing.

It's like talking about Chevys on a Mopar forum. It's acknowledged but it considered to be somewhat taboo.

When the nfl starts enforcing their own rules and tells judges to butt out when a player is suspended for domestic violence, I might, might, start paying attention again.

1st amendment rights to protest don't include the workplace

Bennett also on the Seahawks, both have been doing this
for 10+ years, long before Peckernecks BS, sitting not standing
for the National Anthem/The Flag our 1st responders & the Military
among a bunch of other Minority/Black extremely Rich NFL players,
{NFL is 70% Black/Minority, how it that keeping them down ?}
Hypocrites, complete & total hypocrites, disrespectful hypocrites...

IMO that think somehow they are being treated unfair,
because of the color of their skin & now trying to blame it on
the flag the Pres. or the Police/LEO/1st Responders/Military

I still watch the NFL - unfortunately for me I need my weekly fix. I love the Vikings and the Broncos. I don’t like what many of the teams do with this unpatriotic bullshit and think the owners and Goodell need to grow a pair. I have begun to get more into college which I never used to watch. I've been a Steeler fan for decades. After Tomlin ordered them to stay in the locker room, and rebuked Villanueva for going out anyway to salute the flag, I took all my gear to the burn pile out back and lit it up.
