Wheel Well Sizes for 62-65

Wheel wells are faily large. The spring gets in the way before the wheel well. My sons 62 Plymouth has 10" wheel with M/T Pro Drag Radials. We did move the front hanger flush with the outer frame rail. Replaced the shackles with sliders. Easy 1/2 day job if you can weld. Less than $75in parts.

Mine on rear has original '62 diff and I run WV style 63s in 15" x 8" x 4.5" BS with 275/60-15 MTs and they are centred in wheel well...

8" wheel, 4.5" backspacing, 275/60/15. Approx 0.5" between the leaf spring and inner sidewall and no rubbing. I did have 285/60/15s previously and had very minor rubbing once in a while.
