Does anyone know this car?

I recently purchased this car up by Chicago but it came from Indiana at some point and owned by a guy named Jeff Dorhm or Dohm not sure on last name. Jeff sold it on E-Bay in 2006 and from my understanding he is a Mopar guy so since us Mopar guys stick together I thought I would see if anyone knew of this car or Jeff I would like to track down the fender tag and he would be the guy with it.It also was dark blue and then painted silver while in Indiana, had drag stars on and a 500 horse 440 in it if that helps anyone. He sold the car as a roller to buy a c body.?

Just all new susp. with sway bar and yes it has s.s.b.c. disc brakes all the way around

Here in Canada we get a used buyers package for $20.00 when we buy a car, it lists all the previous owners..Can't you do something like that in the U.S.A?

After mant hours of internet searching I found the guy and have talked to him. He was pretty cool and thinks he has the fender tag and the certicard. He took my address and said he would send me anything he had from the car.
