63 Speedo cable

Any one know where I can get a replacement speedometer cable for a 63 fury 318 push button auto? Mine broke down by tranny, picked one up at NAPA they said was right one. New one had screw on fittings on both ends, un-screwed mine at speedometer but at tranny it looks like a push in fitting with retainer holding it in so looks like NAPA on won't work. Coming from a 68 Dart to 63 Fury, finding parts are a little tougher to find. Check back later thanks
