Beware of this man i had a very bad experiance

The mans name is Tom Widner of Widner Industies or LB enterpises on Ebay I think of him as TomASS open Widner he sold me a Stage5 hemi aircleaner for my Satillite he said he would send the aircleaner the day I paid for it well after 2 monts of waiting 45 phone calls and mega emails he never ever got back to me yet before I paid him he would answer on the first or second ring I am out about 900 bucks and it was really bugging me so I decided to phone him on day at around 7am and dont stop till 8am I counted 53 times I called his cell number and his work number boom 20 mins later TomASS emailed me to say item sent unreal so I think weak performance TomASS but at least its coming so about 9 days later it arrives after another 110 in duties I get it to the car open the box and see that the chromedome top was very well made the aircleaner base looks like a 5year old built it then took a dump on it its junk its deformed does not look at all like the pictures if you held it up to the light you can clearly see light through all the seams then I go to put it on the car and its not even close to fitting dealing with this guy was a nightmare luckily after 5 months of fighting to get a refund through Mastercard which took for ever cause good old TomASS lied to Mastercard to screw me somemore anyways thats as short a story as I can make it my I would never deal with him again he calls himself Mopar Tom on Moparts what a joke call yourself that when you rip me off for the very first time of the internet and send my that crap to put on a one of 50 Hemi car please if anyone has also had a bad experiance with TomASS let me know thanks for readin we all got to stay together on these things

All you had to do was open a dispute with eBay and told them the item was not as described. Would have been a lot easier.

I wrote it in a bit of a rant its truly winds me up puntuation was not even on my mind just wanted to get it out of my head the guys who read through it are awesome spread the word it truly was awefull in the end I still need the part the car suffers

First of all No PayPal? you paid with a credit card? big mistake, Never ever buy on ebag without using PayPal especially when they have the pay after delivery option, they pay the seller but do not take your money until its shipped, only had it go weird once when they took my $$ and I had not received it yet.

where is this guy located if he isnt too far maybe just maybe someone that is close by could pay him a short but quick visit I had a similar problem with someone like this and was able to round up some friends that lived in the same town one of the friends was a cop and said he would be glad to stop by as often as possible the dead beat decided it wasnt worth the hassle and refunded my money after all was said and done the money showed up pretty fast too

Come on Duda!!! Yes being ripped off is an *** Pain. It isn't about the Grammar Police piping up but how really difficult at times it is to decipher a lot of these threads when the whole post just runs on and on. That is all it is. It was really trying on my 65 year old eye balls. But I did get his feeling about being ripped off. If there is any other thing that rips my shorts, it is when good MOPAR People are getting and being ripped off in this Hobby. Just taints it for the rest of us. Best advice here so far is do not use a Credit Card when using eBay but rather use Pay Pal. The haters will say otherwise but Pay Pal does have your back when you are right and then when not?
