Have any of you farm guys bought from Tractor Supply lately? The name should be changed to Bird Seed and Crappy lawn mower store.

Chi-com ****, like everywhere else. We do buy lots of seed and feed there, though.

Their grade 8 hardware by the pound is reasonably priced and convenient. Tank exchange program is handy too if you run out of C25 on a Sunday afternoon. Most of their stuff is a little pricey, but you always pay for convenience. 3 minutes from my house.-

Pretty much my experience with them as well.

Yep, much more convenient for welding supplies.

1/2 step to a step and a half above HF for tools.

Fasteners easier to test fit than Lowes, and some more obscure stuff, too.

TSC is better than the big-box places, no question. Fortunately though, we still have a local lumber-yard/hardware that sells everything I've had to find for stainless/chrome/etc ,for my builds. It's about a 15 minute drive, but worth having a great selection of hardware.
