It's time to start tearing into this project!

I'm guessing you mean formed replacement panels and patches? Amd seems to have nicely formed items. Sherman may work but I've found the fotming is rough and needs to be worked to fit properly. There are others but all in the usa as far as I've found. Some of the companies have high shipping rates so be careful!

I'm in a full resto process and I deal with AMD and so far so good! Fit very nicely with ease! trunk floor went without any problem don't need to work on it, just drilled and welded. Now I have to replace my quarters.
the only problem was the shipment to France lol cost a bit and came by boat.

Yes shipping is going to be my problem also! I have a big can of worms on the go as well lol

Lol good luck with that ^^
hope you'll find what you need and won't be that hard for the shipment ;)

Ken's Vintage reHAB is an AMD dealer in BC Canada.

Haha that's great, I thought I was the only one crazy enough to take on one like that! Looks just like mine!!
Hey Frank, what do you put on the panels after install? Epoxy primer? Some people around here use por 15 but not to sure about that stuff?

por 15 is snake oil yuk
imo all it does is make a nasty mess that is now hard to remove.

get it to clean bare metal by blasting/stripping/wirewheel away all the rust
if there is still rust present treat it with a rust converter like ospho or the like
wipe with acetone, then wipe clean with wax and grease remover
then epoxy prime.
you can do the mud work before or after prime
i've done it both ways

Nicely done great work! keep up!
You work on it all day long or every night? Cause I find that you are going pretty fast that is good!

That's nice work. The doghouse was the first thing I replaced on my GTX. Frame rails rotted through and inner fenders all cut up. I figured if I butchered it too bad and had to scrap it, I wouldn't have much time devoted to it lol.

at the rate he is moving,it should already be painted
and he should be buttoning up the engine about now!..lol

Haha I try guys! I work away so I am only home 2weeks a month! So I give her **** when I am home! My wife and kids are awesome helpers too! I will be back at it in a week, should be done soon bahaha!

Yes shipping is going to be my problem also! I have a big can of worms on the go as well lol
Ship to the border and go across and pick it up. That's what I do.
