Before And After Pictures

I see the Mexican guys and a few whiteys like me wearing long sleeves year round. I sweat a fair amount even in short sleeves on 85 degree days and cannot see how long sleeves would be comfortable. I don't like wearing long pants or long sleeves unless I am cold. I know they say that you stay cooler because the skin is not directly exposed to the sun but....
Maybe I'll try wearing the longer sleeves and report back...

I spray on sunblock and since it blocks the burning rays, it also makes you feel cooler. I try to keep out of the sun and nearly always wear sunblock unless I'll be out for only a brief time. I don't want to look like this lady.......ever!!!!

The trick is to wear long sleeves made of a very thin, breathable material. My granddad used to always wear a threadbare red shirt with long sleeves when working out doors. You could see through the material but his arms and torso were whiter than white..and also a straw hat with a wide brim. Even saw him with a rectangle of cloth tucked up under the hatband in the back that covered the back of his neck sometimes. Died of old age and a cold at 96.
