Pierce Brosnan
See you older guys like the well older guys!
When I was growing up Pierce Brosnan was bond and here's the man!
Connery is great too but I never saw him as bond.
 
Connery, Craig, Moore.
Brosnan isn't even in the same conversation and Niven was a parody. Dalton simply took the role too seriously and Lazenby was a stand in.
That is all.

Was Maggie Q a Bond girl - or was that Mission Impossible? She really makes me tingle in all the right places......
 
its funny that roger moore isn't my favorite bond actor but he plays bond in my favorite films like moonraker, octopussy, live and let die

Craig is my favorite more shooting and badassery, Connery#2 Moore#3 had a Monty Python theme to most of his.... as far as bond girls go Sophie Marceu

Sean Connery the best by far.
I really liked George Lazenby, wish he had done a couple more films.
Roger Moore was really good in the role, made it his own.
Can't stand Dalton. Pierce Brosnan good too. Haven't seen Craig yet.
 
I preferred Moore, films yes could be campy but I guess I liked the ridiculously over the top action scenes and his classicly british dry sense of humor...I like Connery a lot too..

we met this guy a few times over the years as he lived in my neck of the woods, so he was always my favorite villain

I was reading the books by Fleming before the movies even started; whoops now I'm showing my age&love of books. The wife just asked "who's Bond?"; she's in to b&w old stuff lol.
 
I'd say my opinion is
Connery 1st - he is Bond, James Bond 007 1962-67, 71
Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball,
Diamond are forever, You Only Live Twice

Brosnan 2nd - decent actor, 1995, 97, 99, 2002
seemed like a decent Bond

Craig 3rd - action galore, 2006 - present
I just don't like him as much as 1 & 2

Daltan 4th - did OK, in a couple films 1985, 87, 89

Lazenby 5th - 1 time wonder 1969, 3rd Bond after Connery & Niven,
he fit the part too

Moore 6th - 1973-89 he did the most films,
don't get me wrong, Live & let die, is one of my favorites
I like the movies, he's just not the real Bond, James Bond 007 to me
too soon after Connery was ousted, he was the 4th 007 Bond
{Moore was better as the Saint or on Maverick IMO}

Niven 7th - comedy wise, 1967 2nd Bond right after Connery too
