It was a 66 as it had the headlight frame attached to the fender. 67 Does not have them attached. The original owner removed them by drilling out the welds. He was going to put it on a Charger and decided not to use it. I believe he was going to use fiberglass He also sprayed a thin coat of undercoat on part of the inside.
