RIP Pete,
Bb70 you are a very compassionate friend. Thank you for taking care of him and sharing his story, we need many more people like you in this world!

RIP Pete. Bb70, you are truly a saint my friend. God Bless you!!

As for the "so called" family calling you...

R.I.P. Pete

My condolences to you Bb70. May your kindnesses to Pete be rewarded here with boundless blessings. A kind soul is recognized.

Bb70, you sir are a MAN AMONGST MEN, God bless you for helping him out and being a friend during his last few months on earth.
Initially I thought like Steve from Staten island thought about setting something up for the grandkids, that is nice hopefully they are young enough that they depended on their parents to take them to visit Pete. If they are of age to drive etc, and failed to visit, maybe after you've taken the car out for a nice long drive, maybe sell it and donate the proceeds to a veteran's organization that helps vets that have no one to help them. I'm sure Pete would respect you even more , for I'm sure he realized he was not alone, and that YOU were his Guardian Angel. Help other vets, if the grandkids are not worthy. I say this as a Vet.

Firstly thanks everyone. Second my name is James but Bb sounds good to me!
The car is gone and locked up in a friends shop it's safe and sound.
As for the grand kids maybe I should be more clear ones 30+ the others is 29-30 ish .last time the younger one was at his place was about 3 years ago when he was in the hospital ,he proceeded to get what he could and sell it ....
As for legal stuff Pete was a very precise man everything is done up by an attorney he was very adamant that his family got nothing! As I found out in talking with the attorney he left me everything he owned . Alot is getting donated. But there's alot of bills and Pete didn't have much so the car must go sadly. I honestly don't feel right driving it I am usually the passenger in it when we used to go out for a cruse ! It was very odd feeling today driving the car.

Just in case you-all didn't see the for sale I added a few pictures .
Here's the eng in that fury I spent alot of time on the build then he came behind me and detailed everything perfectly! He loved his car!
