Hello, My name is Tyler and I live in socal. I just bought my first car: a 1972 dodge coronet that is sort of in pieces but I'm planning to fix it up enough to be a daily driver. This is my second project car but my first mopar project. I am excited to be apart of this site because of all the great people and information that is available here.
Thank you

The car comes with:
-A 400 big block casting number: 3614230 . 4
-727 trans
-8 3/4 rear end with a possible sure grip
-Headers with a dual exhaust system

-fully upholstered bench seats
-some of the trim pieces
-a big wiring mess
-and a bent frame that did not affect the wheelbase but did affect the opening and closing of the front passenger door

Fun fact: behind the coronet where some of the parts are on top of there is a 68 charger that belongs to my uncle

Tyler !

Looks like a good project! We need your age group to continue on with the restorations of these cars. Good luck and feel free to share your progress.

Welcome and Greetings, I saw in your photos, a radiator for a 60's big block with automatic Trans. Is it for sale?

Welcome aboard, you have one heck of a project there. Keep the pics coming.

Welcome to the forum!

Good luck on your project!

Welcome to FBBO from SoCal as well. Nice project you have there. What part of SoCal do you reside?

Welcome from Massachusetts.

Welcome from "The Pomona Valley"

Welcome aboard from central CA! Good luck with your Dodge!

Nice, I like it. My first car was a 77 Fury, pretty similar loved that car.
Next you save some cash and start trying to talk your uncle into that Charger...

Hi Tyler, welcome! Thanks for the pictures, I hope to see how it progresses.
:welcome:
