I've spent a few hours searching and couldn't find an exact answer. Sorry if it has been posted before.
I have a 2004 5.7 hemi from a durango, going into a 68 coronet. Stock k frame, starter is on the drivers side. I'm looking at TTI headers or srt8 jeep exhaust mainfolds. Do the jeep manifolds fit with no issues?
Is there any benefit going with the TTI over the srt8 jeep ones? Do the TTI flow better?
I can get new jeep ones for less than half the price of TTI's. I just don't want to buy them and figure out they dont fit right or something else has to be modified.
If the jeep ones fit with no issues, what is the part number for them?

The car is currently in the paint shop, I am just getting as many parts as I can get so Im ready to start installing when I get the car back.

Thank you. I appreciate any and all help.

TTI, don’t mess with the manifolds.

I had problems with the headers - they won't fit - even TTI will tell you they won't fit. I didn't believe anyone and bought some. After paying a bunch for those ceramic coated chrome headers they wouldn't fit - sold them to someone else for half price. Went with the stock manifolds and had to do some mods (and havn't put pipes to them yet) but they look like they are going to work. If your car has power steering your going to be in trouble with either manifolds or headers. You can read about my troubles in my 70 RR project. Let me know if you need any other help.

I forgot to mention - I bought my manifolds from Creig at 2145636244 - he does Jeep conversions and knows all about the 5.7 (and others) manifolds. The set I got from him were used but only had a few miles on them. If you have questions he would be good to talk with and may have a set of manifolds laying around.

Which TTI headres did you have? I noticed that the TTI headers 57HC were discontinued. I called TTI and they told me to order the 61HC.
What modifications did you have to make to get your manifolds to work? what manifolds were they?
thanks again

I did a 5.7 with a 545rfe trans and the starter is on the drivers side.

I had a set of the 57hc and my starter is on the passenger side. The manifolds I got fit great with stock non power steering box (not sure what manifolds but; https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/attachments/manifolds-jpg.601425/ may be able to read numbers), but I wanted power steering. I put a box on from a 70 SB and the manifold would not go on. I bought a Borgeson box - better ratio and smaller (little expensive). Went in great and just misses manifold - the only mod was I had to cut the heat shield a little to get it to fit (keeping the heat off the new box). Ran the return lines through the bottom of radiator to keep at 160. If your running stock manual steering - no worries.

TTI headers required "adjustments" to fit on the 67 b-body. That's why I bought them bare. After we made the "adjusments"/tube changes...my powder-coaters did the ceramic coating. The TTI's were a good base to start from. On my E-body, we built a set from scratch.
