I hope the family goes after the storage guy
who's supposed to be a friend of the org. owner
in rears for storage payment after illness

put them all out in a field, unprotected
even after payment for storage was ratified

then the guy dies

now where's the 2 Roll's & 2 Ferrari's missing ?

something is really wrong & fishy here

Glad it's not me...

Dang. Cool lot of cars. Not a big fan of most exotics.

I'll be really pist off if they were mine, but if the lawyer would have sell just one, he could effort a nice storage for those cars and none of this nonsense would happened .

yeah sort of my thoughts too

I wonder if they made some kind of a deal,
the family didn't know about ?

2 Ferarri's & 2 Roll's seems like an 'awfully high price' for storage fees
even if it was for 2 crap box Ferrari's & 2 crappy Roll's :poke:

I wonder if the family still has titles ?

Agree but is there such a thing like a crapy Ferrari? even the Ferrari from the 80's worth a lot of money, the Rolls are a completely different animal imo.

After the attorney's condition caused him to miss a few payments, however, said friend—evidently not much of one—evicted the collection of cars, rolling them onto a field.

According to the original report, payments eventually resumed and back payments were addressed, but for an unknown reason, the person paid to store these cars didn't move them back inside the warehouse. They were left in a field for years, exposed to the elements, and never driven.
*********************************************************

now How does the owner never get the " friend " to put the cars back in storage,
considering even the back payments were made?
and of course, how does 4 cars disappear while in the " friends " possession one wonders...
sounds more like his friend just helped himself to whatever he could.

they sold the lot of them to a dealer,
so the vin numbers for the missing cars might be out there.

This is the kind of thing that gets us car guys in trouble with the zoning board. Leaving junk like that out in plain sight!

To be honest I wish this were my junk, ( i sell one and buy a really cool 68 b body ) but like Budnicks said this is too fishy and smelly how do you leave 11 Ferraris in the open field ...
