Mine started to leak. Anyone know where they can be bought ?

I don't know if the complete valve can be bought, Darter6.
They can be repaired, if you decide to go that route. This might help...

Welp, wouldn't load. There's a PDF, How to replace the Ranco heater control valve seal (or something in that nature). Seal can be bought at Napa.
That's what I did on mine.

I re-built my complete Heater Box for my '63 resto, and figured I should probably do the Valve also, to save myself the trouble of pulling it apart again to repair it, after it's back in the car. There is a Gentleman that was recommended to me, by a Very Reliable Source, who rebuilds them. His name is Joe H. He does very nice work, super quick turn-around, and reasonable, considering what you are working on. PM me for his contact, if interested...

Me too thanks to you Miller. Hasn't leaked a drop since.

Thanks to all, Napa for the seal.Do I ask for a 65 Plymouth ? VanDan, I'll get back to you. I have a extra 63 box and if the valve is the same as the 65, I'll have that one done.

Here is was what I used.
